Hidden Valley is a great place to live & enjoy the woods, fishing, a beautiful swimming pool, kiddie pool, 4 bathhouses, & 26 miles of dirt & gravel roads that 4-wheelers and other off-road enthusiasts love.

Life in the Valley

There are two class of lots.  The larger sites, often listed with a land value of $3500 are considered "residential" meaning they have been perked approved for Well and Septic.  Meanwhile, the smaller sites listed with a land value of approximately $1400 are considered 'camping' only.  In some cases, folks that have bought 3 or more of these have gotten them reclassified.

There is a large centrally located dumpster available for proper disposal of trash.  Each bathhouse has a water fill and dump station. ​
